TUUM founder Põim Kama is a communication expert, columnist, and political observer. She is best known as a strategic advisor in complex and challenging situations, offering an expert outside perspective and helping to guide various processes. She has extensive experience in political and public sector communication as well as in developing public and media relations for private companies. Põim Kama studied history, literature, and cultural studies at the University of Tartu and has published articles and opinion pieces in all major Estonian media outlets.

Kerly Randlane is an experienced senior executive, education enthusiast, researcher, and tax behaviour expert whose career has been dedicated primarily to financial and tax education. As a leadership expert, Kerly is convinced that people are the foundation of every organisation’s success. The ability of teams to solve complex situations and achieve results is far greater than generally assumed. At TUUM, Kerly serves as a strategic partner to our clients on issues related to various policies, regulations, and public sector management and administration, as well as a leadership and development mentor for organisations. Kerly holds a bachelor’s degree in law, master’s degrees in public administration (TalTech) and educational innovation (University of Tartu), and a PhD in government and politics (Tallinn University). Her academic research focuses primarily on tax behaviour and trust.

Ere Kama is a film and theatre artist who has dedicated her professional career primarily to the creation and execution of visual designs, both in supporting and leading roles. At TUUM, Ere serves as a creative partner to our clients, helping develop a wide range of visual solutions — from concept to final result. In her work, Ere values sincerity and openness, believing that the best way to connect with people is through authenticity and a clear point of view. Among other things, she applies her artistic and technical skills to storytelling, brand design, graphic design, and the execution of various campaign and social media solutions. Ere graduated from the Estonian Academy of Arts with a degree in scenography and has worked on numerous film and theatre projects across Estonia.

Tanel Kandle is a communications and media expert who enjoys delving deeply into any topic he is working on. He takes pleasure in writing, reflecting on solutions, and generating new ideas. Throughout his career, Tanel has focused mainly on public communication and media relations, and has also been involved in political communication as well as media analysis. At TUUM, Tanel works as a partner to our clients in managing and executing well-run, tactical, and intelligent public communication. He is particularly drawn to complex and highly regulated, as well as science- and knowledge-based topics, including the broader economic environment, the construction and infrastructure sectors, education, and environmental and nature-related issues. Tanel studied law at the bachelor’s level at the University of Tartu and holds a master’s degree in journalism and communication. He is also pursuing additional education in the field of environmental protection.

Susann Kivi is an experienced communications expert who has so far worked mainly in the public sector. She has shaped the day-to-day media relations and strategic communication of various government institutions, as well as managed media crises. Susann believes that public communication can always be honest, transparent, and ethical, and that every message carries responsibility. As a former television news editor, she also has a strong understanding of how journalism works, along with a clear sense of both public expectations and the public interest. Susann is particularly drawn to socially significant topics with high public interest. At the same time, she believes that many newsworthy and important issues may at first appear small and insignificant. Susann holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Tartu and a master’s degree in Communication and Cognition from the University of Copenhagen, where she, among other things, studied the public communication of the Danske Bank money laundering scandal.
