TUUM founder Põim Kama is a communication expert, columnist, and political observer. Põim Kama studied history, literature, and cultural studies at the University of Tartu and has published articles and opinion pieces in all major Estonian media outlets.

Robert Reisman has dedicated his entire career to the industrial sector, managing factories, production units, and client and business relations. At TUUM, Robert focuses on advising the value-creating sector — from regulatory issues, business process design and management, to work environment and safety culture. He helps companies navigate the complex legal and data landscape, identify risks, and make business processes smooth and efficient. Robert studied entrepreneurship and financial management at the Estonian University of Life Sciences and has completed advanced training in team and process management.

Kerly Randlane is an experienced senior executive, education enthusiast, researcher, and tax behaviour expert whose career has been dedicated primarily to financial and tax education. As a leadership expert, Kerly is convinced that people are the foundation of every organisation’s success. The ability of teams to solve complex situations and achieve results is far greater than generally assumed. At TUUM, Kerly serves as a strategic partner to our clients on issues related to various policies, regulations, and public sector management and administration, as well as a leadership and development mentor for organisations. Kerly holds a bachelor’s degree in law, master’s degrees in public administration (TalTech) and educational innovation (University of Tartu), and a PhD in government and politics (Tallinn University). Her academic research focuses primarily on tax behaviour and trust.

Tormi Torop is a director and filmmaker whose work combines creative vision, technical precision, and people-centered leadership. He has worked on large international productions and educational projects, leading teams, developing ideas, and creating inspiring environments for both young people and professionals. His experience ranges from directing and script development to hands-on grassroots practice. Tormi values people, collaboration, empathy, and creativity — qualities that, in his view, form the core of a well-functioning team. At TUUM, Tormi is the creative partner for our clients, supporting brand and narrative development, creative solutions and campaign implementation, and preparation for public and media appearances. Tormi studied directing and pedagogy in the master’s program at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre and film arts at the Baltic Film and Media School of Tallinn University.

Ere Kama is a film and theatre artist who has dedicated her career to creating and executing visual designs, both in supporting and leading roles. At TUUM, Ere is a creative partner to our clients, helping them develop various visual solutions – from concept to completion. In her work, Ere values sincerity and openness, believing that the best way to connect with people is through authenticity and a clear point of view. She applies her artistic and technical skills to narrative development, brand design, graphic design, as well as the execution of various campaign and social media solutions. Ere holds a degree in scenography from the Estonian Academy of Arts and has worked on numerous film and theatre projects across Estonia.

Tanel Kandle is a communications and media expert who enjoys delving deeply into any topic he is working on. He takes pleasure in writing, reflecting on solutions, and generating new ideas. Throughout his career, Tanel has focused mainly on public communication and media relations, and has also been involved in political communication as well as media analysis. At TUUM, Tanel works as a partner to our clients in managing and executing well-run, tactical, and intelligent public communication. He is particularly drawn to complex and highly regulated, as well as science- and knowledge-based topics, including the broader economic environment, the construction and infrastructure sectors, education, and environmental and nature-related issues. Tanel studied law at the bachelor’s level at the University of Tartu and holds a master’s degree in journalism and communication. He is also pursuing additional education in the field of environmental protection.
